Ndebele Plays at Club Matute
Somandla “Mafia” Ndebele returns to the limelight tonight when he plays at Club Matute in Mbare. Ndebele comes back a few weeks after returning from South Africa where he recorded his forthcoming album. Sulumane Chimbetu continues with his Dendera music revival campaign with a performance at Chegutu Arms tomorrow.
On Sunday, he leads the original Orchestra Dendera Kings outfit back to the capital for a show at Takashinga Cricket Club in Highfield. Allan Chimbetu launches his latest album Professor tomorrow at Sports Diner and will be helped by DJ Speed and DJ Sato. Destiny Nightclub hosts Malaika Dance Group back to back with New Generation Dance Group tonight.
Dollar Bill, MC Panda and DJ Buzie invade Chez-Ntemba tonight while Maungira Enharira mount their massive act at The Book Café with Victor Kunonga performing at The Mannenberg and Kireni Zulu strums at Club Penyai.
Pamuzinda Highway X-Scape tonight presents “The Chimwemwe Summer Show” pitting Alick Macheso, Nicholas Zakaria, Dino Mudondo, Dr Zobha and DJ Mukanya.
Tomorrow, Macheso and Zakaria invade GMB Sports Club in Aspindale for a fundraising show for Grain Tigers Football Club before rounding up their weekend performances with a family show at Mbare Netball Complex on Sunday afternoon.
